吴帼英

个人简介

吴帼英，教授，博士，硕士生导师。生命科学学院动物教研室主任。日本东京大学博士，博士后研究员，大阪大学医学院微生物研究所访问学者，日本动物卫生研究所研究助理，日本食品卫生协会研究员，日本宝生物公司外泌体体液诊断项目首席研究员。2023年度齐鲁师范学院“最美教师”。

主讲课程：《免疫学》、《分子细胞生物学》。

研究方向

1. Trim58介导放射性肠炎的分子机制研究。

关注于探索细胞在基因毒性压力（如放射线）下的命运调控机制。我们发现E3泛素连接酶Trim58是调控细胞命运的关键分子，揭示其缺失可使小鼠获得射线照射耐受，并在实验性探究其背后蕴含的分子机制。

2. 子宫内膜癌免疫特征的生物信息学分析。

关注于子宫内膜癌的肿瘤免疫微环境。综合利用多组学数据与生物信息学方法，解析肿瘤内部的免疫细胞浸润特征，并构建精准的预后预测模型，为开发新的免疫治疗策略提供理论依据。
