秦岳
秦岳,中共党员,山东济南人。2020年毕业于南京农业大学,获工学学士学位,2025年毕业于中国农业大学,获工学博士学位。2025年8月入职齐鲁师范学院。近年来先后在Antioxidants、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Antibiotics、Journal of food science、Food science & nutrition、Cell death & disease等杂志发表多篇SCI论文。
研究方向:
营养与健康、食品科学、膳食多酚与代谢性疾病、食品与肠道菌群。
