王明录,中共党员,2018年毕业于山东师范大学食品质量与安全专业,获工学学士学位;2025年毕业于山东师范大学细胞生物学专业,获理学博士学位,20257月入职齐鲁师范学院生命科学学院。在Trends in Food Science & TechnologyBiosensors & BioelectronicsFood ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊发表多篇论文。曾获国家奖学金、“挑战杯”山东省大学生创业计划竞赛金奖、山东省研究生优秀成果奖二等奖、山东省优秀毕业生等奖项及荣誉。
