段广有

个人简介

 

段广有,男,汉族,自2016年9月起任职于齐鲁师范学院生命科学学院,目前担任齐鲁师范学院山东省首批优势学科人才团队学术带头人,同时兼任齐鲁师范学院欧美同学会(留学人员联谊会)副秘书长等职。

段博士学术专业为生物信息学,于2014年初获得德国马克思普朗克研究所(分子植物生理所,MPIMP)生物信息学博士学位,之后在欧洲分子生物学实验室(EMBL)从事博士后研究工作,已从事生物信息学相关研发工作十余年;段博士的研究目标是利用生物学、计算机、数学、统计学等交叉学科方法解决生物、农学或者医学等相关问题,已在Nucleic Acids Research, PLoS Computational Biology, Plant Cell, Scientific Reports等国际刊物上发表多篇论文,并且担任BMC Bioinformatics,Journal of Plant Pathology and Microbiology等学术杂志的审稿人。主讲生物信息学、图论等课程。
